We accept and work with most insurance polices! We may not, however, be in network with your policy. Our office is committed to showing you how to maximize your insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, we will bill most insurance companies for the provided service. Due to the complexities of insurance contracts, please be aware that every insurance group policy varies. While we try to give the best possible estimate, we cannot guarantee exact coverage.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. We allot your insurance company 45 days to render payment; however, if payment from your insurance company is not received after 60 days of submission, you are responsible for the entire balance. If a balance remains after insurance pays their portion of your child’s claim, you will receive a statement from our office.
